I found something pretty neat today for selling ad space on your website.
You signup for an account with Market Banker. You then will be asked what you would like to charge for the space as well as the size of the ad.
I setup my first ad zone today at $5.00 per week for a front page ad on Mommy Enterprises under Sponsor Links. To view Market Banker in action go to Mommy Enterprises and look at the bottom right hand corner.
So if you have some space on your website you are willing to sell, setup an account, it's free. They do have a 25% fee once you sell ad space.
Oh, and when someone goes to purchase ad space, you have the option to accept or deny it. I think this is pretty neat.
I haven't looked at it deep into detail but I believe your space is included in a directory on the site as well.

Stefani, you might also want to look into BizDome's Quote System. Buyers request for quote and the request will be routed to vendors. There is a section for adspace sellers. I don't want to spam your board with the URL just come look for me at IBmoms or BizDomedotcom. Be glad to furnish you with details.
